Usage: Used as organizational improvement agent, pH buffer, removal of metal ions, for meat processing, processing of aquatic products, meat products and dairy processing water treating agent and so on. In the processing of meat, aquatic products processing, flour products as a texture modifier, with an increase in the effect of water retention in food.
