Product Description

1. Character: It occurs as colorless or white hard crystal or as crystalline powder. It tastes bitter and salty. Relative density is 2.662. 1g dissolves in about 8.5mL of water. It's insoluble in ethanol and acetone. The pH of 5% aqueous solution is about 5.5 to 8.5.
2. Usage: It is used as seasoning and salt substitute.
3. Packing: In 25kg composite plastic woven/ paper bag with PE liner.
4. Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
