Properties:White crystal,Soluble in water,methanol,hot glacial acetic acid,pyridine and aniline,very slightly soluble in ethanol anhydrous,ether and acetone. 

1. Usage:  Dextrose monohydrate is moderate in sweetness. It is 65-70% as sweet as sucrose and has a solution, which is much less viscous than liquid glucose.Dextrose has a greater depression of freezing point than that of cane sugar, resulting in a smoother and creamier texture of the final product like in frozen food products.
2. Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
3. Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
