6.Usage: As a nutritional fortifier, zinc fortifier can be used in food, health care products and medical treatment. As an organic zinc supplement, zinc citrate is suitable for the manufacture of flake nutritional fortification supplements and powdered mixed foods. Because of its chelating effect, it can increase the clarity of fruit juice drinks and the refreshing acidity of fruit juice, so it is widely applied in fruit juice drinks, as well as in cereal food and its products and salt.
