Performance

colorless and odorless crystal, weathering in the air. Soluble in water and ethyl ether, slightly soluble in ethyl alcohol. Melting point of sodium acetate trihydate is 58ºC, relative density 1.45, spontaneous ignition point 607.2ºC. Melting point of sodium acetate anhydrous is 324ºC, relative density is 1.528
