1. Usage: Sodium Aluminium Phosphate is widely used as pH regulator in baking powder with E numberE541. It is widely accepted as safe food additive in many countries.For food grade it is mainly used as emulsifier, buffer, nutrient, sequestrant, texturizer etc.
2. Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse and kept away from moisture and poisonous substances. Handled with care to avoid damage of the packings.
Packing:It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
