Product Description

Character: White or colorless crystals or pieces, sometime white fiber or powder. Odourless, slowly soluble in water, its solubility is according the polymeric of the salt, usually 0.004%. Its water solution is alkaline, soluble in enthanol.

 

Usage: Fat emulsifier; moisturizing agent; water softener; metal ion chelating agent; microstructure  modifier (mainly for aquatic seasoning), color protecting agent; antioxidant; preservatives. Mainly used in meat, cheese and evaporated milk.

 

Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

 

Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
